Tres Papalote Paloma
- 2 oz. Tres Papalote® Mezcal
- 2 oz. club soda
- 2 oz. grapefruit
- ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- Grapefruit wedge garnish
Mix Tres Papalote® Mezcal and other ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and serve in a highball glass. Top with soda water and stir. Garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
