2 oz. Tres Papalote^® Mezcal
1 oz. Allspice dram
1 ½ oz. Angostura
Absinthe rinse
Fresh rosemary

Mix Tres Papalote^® Mezcal and other ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain in a rocks glass. Garnish with fresh rosemary stem.
